Craig was a pleasure to work with! He took our project and provided an extremely quick turnaround in order to meet our tight deadline. He was responsive throughout the process and accommodating with pickup! I highly recommend this company for your laser engraving needs! Ours turned out fantastic and the recipient was blown away! Craig saved my butt. I had an impossible project (framing a picture with an engraved plaque inside) within 24 hours. I called 10 places in northern VA before coming across Craig's website. Everyone said, 2 weeks out, at best. Craig was the opposite. He asked what I needed, and said, "OK, we will figure it out!" And he did! In less than 24 hours I had the plaque that nobody else could give me in less than 2 weeks. Craig is a good guy who gets satisfaction out of helping people like me solve problems! 5 stars, 5 thumbs up. He is terrific. His prices are super reasonable. And at the end of the day, he is just a really nice guy. I won't look anywhere else for help with engravings, and shared his info with Total Framing in Fairfax (who saved my butt on the framing side of things). They told me that lots of their clients need similar help, and the delivery times are usually weeks.... not hours. A&A Laser is AMAZING!

Craig's expert skills came to our aid last May when we urgently needed some college graduation gifts with very little time to spare. He patiently worked with us on the choice of glasses to perfecting the designs customized to our specifications (and beyond). The end products came out just wonderful, quite evidently made with care and expertise. Everyone was thrilled to receive their custom-made graduation gifts. Very pleased with the service! Craig did an extraordinary job with a great turnaround time. The communication and walk through of what the possible engraving would look on the hinged jewelry box was smooth and helpful. I was grateful for Craig's guidance and expertise on how to make the gift more personable and have a durable engraving option for life. I was skeptical anyone could engrave on the small area but Craig made it happen without the need to unattach the hinge of the box. Definitely recommend!!
